Special Badami Halwa on Rakhi

Ingredients:
Aaralout flour          1 cup
Sugar                 2 cups
Water                 2 cups
Dalda or ghee 1/2 cup
Colour(any)     1/6 tsp
Lemon juice    1 tsp
Sliced Almonds 5-6 piece
Sliced Cashew-nuts Pieces

How to  Prepare :-
 
  1. Mix arrowroot with water to form thin batter.
  2. Heat 2 tsp ghee and add above mixture 
  3. Add sugar, colour,lemon juice,badam pieces in the batter
  4. stir continuously on low flame to avoid lumps,
  5. When the mixture leaves the side of the container,
  6. then add further some Almonds pour in greased thali and allow to cool.
  7. Cut into pieces.
Badami halwa is ready.
